A short production loop
Start with the smallest complete sequence your version allows. Grow only what you can process next, process only what you can serve next, and pause after each run to identify the handoff that waited.
Recover from pressure
When work piles up, reduce the number of simultaneous assumptions. Finish the visible customer need, then return to the process that restores the next complete sequence. Exact timers and item requirements must come from the current game interface.
